Our floor panels are manufactured with a 1.0 mm anti-slip stainless-steel top surface, designed with a special bead-pattern finish that prevents sticking and provides long-lasting durability. The bottom surface is galvanized steel, and the entire panel is injected with 42 kg/m³ high-density polyurethane insulation, ensuring excellent thermal performance.
The panels are available in 100 mm thickness and are built using a modular system for fast, easy assembly and disassembly. Three standard panel widths are offered—300 mm, 600 mm, and 900 mm—along with specialized corner sections (15×45, 45×45, 45×60, 15×60) to fit any layout requirement.
A dual-sided locking mechanism (tongue-and-groove) guarantees perfect alignment and an exceptionally strong seal, allowing installation without bolts or silicone. The rounded corners and stainless-steel floor finish ensure both hygiene and safety.
The door system features a gasketed, easily heated frame for optimal sealing and reliable closure.
Designed for performance, this construction allows the cold/freezer room to operate efficiently even in ambient temperatures up to +43°C.
