    How do I place an order ?
     
    You can order your kitchen equipment and supplies through the www.unninoxeurope.com website. Once you've found an item, click the 'Add to Cart' button.
     
    At any time during your shopping, you can view your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon or the 'Checkout' button in the top right corner.
     
    To complete your order, click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button from your cart.
     
    To avoid any confusion, please always provide a reference. You also have the option to enter a different delivery address if needed.
     
    After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
    How can I change the billing address associated with my account?
    To change the billing address in your account, please email finance@unninox.com. We will process the change or contact you if needed.
     
    Click the 'Login' button at the top right to access the login and registration page.
     
    Then, click 'Create Account' and fill in your details.
    After registration, you can log in using your email and password.
    What should I do if I forgot my password?
    If you've forgotten your password, you can click on the 'Forgot Password?' button

    What payment methods does Unninox Europe offer?
    Unninox Europe offers a variety of secure payment options for easy checkout:
     
    1. iDEAL: The popular Dutch payment method for fast, secure payments via your own bank.
     
    2. Bank transfer: Manual payment; please allow time for processing.
     
    3. Bancontact: A widely used payment option for Belgian customers.

    What are the typical delivery times for products?
    Most products from Unninox Europe can be delivered within one or two business days.
     
    Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed and prepared for shipment on the same day. If you place an order after 3:00 PM, it will be processed and shipped the next business day.
     
    We depend on the stock availability of various suppliers, so it is possible that some products may have a longer delivery time.
     
    We try to minimize this by working with multiple suppliers. You can find more information about the specific delivery time on the product page.
    How are different products delivered?
    Small products with a maximum weight of 20 kilograms are usually shipped via parcel service.
     
    Larger and heavier products are delivered via pallet transport.
     
    These products are delivered to the first door using a pallet jack or hand truck.
     
    Packaging materials are not taken back.
    What happens if no one is present at the time of delivery?
    Someone must be present at the delivery address on the day of delivery. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the carrier will be required to return at a later time, which may incur additional transport costs.
    Can I still modify my order?
    If your order has not yet been processed, it is usually possible to modify it. In such cases, we recommend contacting us by phone as soon as possible.
    Can I still cancel my order?
    If your order has not yet been processed, it is often possible to cancel it.Exceptions to this include custom-made products, embroidered workwear, and other personalized items.
    How long is the warranty on my purchase?
    At Unninox Europe, you have a minimum of 1 year warranty on parts. For some products, the warranty period can extend up to 5 years. The exact warranty period for your product can be found in the description on the product page.
    How can I track my order?
    We will send you the tracking information for your order via email, allowing you to easily track your package.
