Professional Electric Pasta Cooker with Double Tanks
This freestanding electric pasta cooker combines powerful performance with maximum ease of use. Its robust body is manufactured from high-quality stainless steel and features a closed base cabinet with practical hinged doors.
The two separate tanks are made of highly corrosion-resistant AISI 316 stainless steel. Their rounded corners make cleaning quick and easy. Integrated water-filling taps are conveniently positioned at the top, directly beneath the front draining grids, allowing both tanks to be filled effortlessly.
The drain valves are located behind the cabinet doors, enabling the tanks to be emptied safely and easily after use. An integrated draining area provides a convenient place for the cooking baskets to rest and drain after cooking.
A special overflow zone with drainage continuously separates and removes excess starch from the cooking water. This significantly improves water quality and ensures consistent results when preparing multiple batches of pasta.
Clear indicator lights make it easy to monitor the operating status. Combined with the operating and safety thermostats, they ensure safe, reliable and comfortable use.
The ventilation opening is fitted with a removable, high-quality stainless-steel grille, making cleaning and maintenance even easier.
A reliable and user-friendly pasta cooker designed for professional kitchens where speed, hygiene and consistent cooking results are essential.
